| General |
- Use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling – Nobody expects you to have a master’s degree in English to post here but we do have high standards, no AOL/l337 speak. If you’re writing a long post please proof read and run it through a spell checker before posting.
- Do not make posts containing little or no content i.e. "LOL".
- Respect the moderators/super moderators/admins.
- Posting the real contact information of other people without their consent will result in a ban.
- Don't mess with the forums or any user on the forums. If you post a malicious link (any URL with spyware or code designed to annoy people) you will be banned.
- Multiple accounts are not permitted.
- Spamming/advertising will not be tolerated and will result in a ban.
- No racism or nationalistic ranting.
- No discussion of illegal activities, such as downloading warez, music, movies etc.
- No offensive usernames. Anybody with an offensive username will be banned, or have their username changed upon request.
- If you are posting anything that is Not Work Safe (NWS) then please state so in your post/thread title. A simple [NWS] can prevent a lot of hassle for other people. However, no porn is allowed to be posted.

- Keep all images work safe. Do not post any illegal (child porn, beastiality) images or you will be banned.
- No warez are permitted anywhere on BritBoards.
- No image leeching, use a free image host if necessary.
